This corporate strategy was developed with the purpose to improve decision-making processes; clarify roles and responsibilities; and, strengthen communications to shareholders and partners. The strategic planning process builds off the past strategic facilitation and action plan report. The strategic update builds off of the past Strategic Plan produced in November of 2017.
The December 2019 facilitated session collected input and feedback to reconfirm the organizational vision and mission, and to reprioritize the guiding principles.

Improve governance and decision-making processes that strengthen corporate accountability.
Manage the development of investment and partnership opportunities with proper due diligence and care.
Strengthen organizational capacity and skills to correspond with business development and growth.
Improve marketing and communications to key stakeholders and share our success stories.
Gather and assess data from application for investment, and prepare investment summary report.
Evaluate investment opportunity using investment scorecard criteria, and provide presentation to board.
Sign MOU and negotiate deal based on approved terms.
Terms of partnerships, drafting of legal documents, and final approvals.
Transfer funds, and monitor and report on investment results and benefits to Board and stakeholders.
